You can ask us to permanently delete your Wakatta account and the personal data associated with it, at any time and free of charge.
Email us from the email address on your account so we can verify it’s you:
Subject: “Delete my account”. If you signed in with Google, send it from that Google email. We may ask one or two questions to confirm your identity before deleting.
When we process your request we permanently delete:
We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it, or briefly for security and abuse-prevention (for example, short-lived request logs). Aggregated or anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you is not deleted. Podcast audio is hosted by third parties and is not yours to delete here.
We delete your account and associated data within 30 days of verifying your request, except for anything we must keep for the reasons above.
You can remove individual saved words and marks inside the app at any time. To request deletion of specific data without deleting your whole account, email us with the details.
